it is a cheap drug store/grocery mart chain. you can find it anywhere they would sell cheap makeup. NOT at any department stores or a sephora type of store. stick to the drug stores like Rite Aid or Longs to find it.

You should try looking at their catalog and they have all the available colors of lipsticks,nail polish,foundation as well as eye make up printed out to see. I don't know what your skin tone is so I wouldn't feel right recommending a color for you.But you should really give it a try...Good Luck!!! :)

I have not tried any of the make up products but a good friend of mine has. She has a daughter that is training in cosmetology and her salon/spa mainly uses Aveda. My girlfriend swears by everything they use on themselves and customers that it is the best line of products to use. Does this help you at all?

I think that guys like your lips really glossy but not lipsticky. Also, I noticed they seem to like the ones that smell like strawberries of something like that. I personally hate smelling strawberries all day long.

I love wearing a non-sticky, thin lip gloss because I can feel it on my lips so I'm not continuously licking them to keep them moisturized (which just in turn makes them drier). Plus, it lasts longer than lip balm and lip stick. As silly as it sounds, I've found Lip Smackers to be the best. The only flaw is it comes with so little.
Guys don't like anything on a girl's lips. Lip balm is okay-ish, but they definitely don't like colored lip stick and slimey lip gloss.
MAC has my favorite lip products. And Victoria's Secret. And I don't think guys like heavy or bright lips. They'd probably like just clear soft sexy lips better then ones coated with gloss and everything else.

I think that guys like your lips really glossy but not lipsticky. Also, I noticed they seem to like the ones that smell like strawberries of something like that. I personally hate smelling strawberries all day long.

I love wearing a non-sticky, thin lip gloss because I can feel it on my lips so I'm not continuously licking them to keep them moisturized (which just in turn makes them drier). Plus, it lasts longer than lip balm and lip stick. As silly as it sounds, I've found Lip Smackers to be the best. The only flaw is it comes with so little.
Guys don't like anything on a girl's lips. Lip balm is okay-ish, but they definitely don't like colored lip stick and slimey lip gloss.
MAC has my favorite lip products. And Victoria's Secret. And I don't think guys like heavy or bright lips. They'd probably like just clear soft sexy lips better then ones coated with gloss and everything else.

The Clear lip liner goes outside the border of the lips where the creases are, then lip liner (maybe there is a better lip liner designed not to bleed, I just use whatever I have on hand) then lipstick. This helps a little but not perfect. Has anyone treid Youthology lip liner? It's supposed to last 8 hours.

It depends on the manufacturer. Usually, it's mica although sometimes it is fish scales. And possibly other things but I believe that mica is on eof the most common.
No danger is posed by having mica in makeup. Although, if you are allergic to fish you may react to products with fish scales. (Can people be allergic to just fish? I can't remember.)

Try Almay's Hydracolor lipsticks. They have a similar color to Black Honey and it also goes on smoothly and it's very moisturizing.
Edit: I think Berry, Garnet, or Sienna from Almay Hydracolor would be closest to Black Honey. Also Revlon's Super Lustrious Lipstick in Black Cherry or Baby Berry would also look similar.

Best razor- Schick quattro titanium for men.....hands down best razor I've ever used (tried every venus, mach, intuition etc on the market) Works really well with Olay age defying body wash with vita niacin (as body wash and shave gel) Palmers cocoa butter Jar with vitamin E is a fantastic aftershave/after tan lotion.
Best mascara- L'oreal Voluminous hands down

It also comes with a clear gloss that you can put on after or you can leave just the lipstick by itself for a matte finish. You can try Bonne Bell lip glosses or perhaps Jessica Simpson's line. Both taste great!
I use victoria's secret lip gloss a little goes a long way ur lips will be shiny taste and smell good i like the pinks also i have 4 other lip glosses from Maybellinetheir colors are also very pretty.

Well it is appropriate for anyone to modify their bodies. I just don't understand how anyone could hate their body so much that they would have to pay so much just to change it.
Plus, if you're lucky and your surgery turns out well, it will last for a few years untill you are old, and chances are, you will look worse as you age. Not only that, but you have to get monthly checkups to see how it is turning out. Cosmetic surgery only lasts for so long and in the end it will be twice as worse.
In my opinion, if a person is obese, then surgery such as liposunction may be needed to be applied in order to keep your body in a functioning condition. People that change the way they look by surgery are people that cannot accept the way they are.
Another fact: Make up (like lipstick, I guess) IS NOT SUPPOSED TO MODIFY your body, it ENHANCES your features. Make up is not something to cover your face up in, it is suppose to bring out your good features and obscure the not so good.

Typically if a brand discontinues a color, they replace it with something very similar to it. Perhaps you could try the new color that replaced your favorite. I hate it when they discontinue a favorite of mine!! I've never heard of labs that will recreate a color. Good luck!!

i have it - it is seriously just like concealer. the same color. i use it with the MAC clear lipglass on top and it give you that really trendy nude lip look. But it can make you look corpse like or sick. You really need a gloss over it, even if it is just clear. If you have really pale skin it looks weird because your lips are a darker skin color than your actual face. I found that i like the lipglass Underage way better. Its a gloss, not a lipstick so it has the shiny effect, whereas Myth is really matte. And Underage is a slight pink tint to it (not barbie-ish or anything) but it gives you more of an 'alive' look than Myth does, and still gives the great nude lip look. It has a high pigment in it also, so its not see through like a gloss normally is. From the colors you have chosen, I am guessing you are going for a nude look. But first things first, you have to prepare you lips for lip color, never just put it on.
1) Always make sure your lips are moisturized. Gently scrub away any dry areas (MAC has a lip conditioner SPF 15, creamy, white, and tastes like cupcakes.)
2) Choose a primer. It is clear, and will keep your lipstick from feathering and insure staying power. MAC makes Prep and Prime for lips.
3) Choose a liner. Liner outlines the lip, and gives you a sexy pout. Never leave a sharp line, but blend with a brush or with slight pressure from the lips.
4) Now to your question, the colors your chose:
-Myth: texture: Satin. Creamy finish, medium coverage. Will show dry spots on skin if you don't exfoliate, but beautiful color. Looks great with nude or light brown liner.
-Show Orchid: Amplified Cream. Super creamy finish, full finish. You will love this color! Def please use a primer. You don't this spread all over your face or you will have a hot fuschia mess.
Both of these are good choices, but you have a day lip and night lip.

Cosmetics are more expensive in NZ than places like the US or Canada. You can buy Mac make up duty free though so it might be cheaper that way.

I think that the currency is different, so you'd have to check about that. I think that your best bet would be to buy it now, where you live because what if you get there and it's more than it is where you are? Reaserching it before you buy it here or there is a good choice.
im not too sure but i live in canada and my sister was in the oz last summer and her friend lost a lipstick so she went to the MAC down there to replace it and the price was MUCH higher even with the exchange. i recommend you just buy now

I think that the currency is different, so you'd have to check about that. I think that your best bet would be to buy it now, where you live because what if you get there and it's more than it is where you are? Reaserching it before you buy it here or there is a good choice.
im not too sure but i live in canada and my sister was in the oz last summer and her friend lost a lipstick so she went to the MAC down there to replace it and the price was MUCH higher even with the exchange. i recommend you just buy now

Or you can take a chap stick to moisturize your lips then use a clear lip gloss. I used to take my foundation and when I was rubbing it in, i would rub some on my lips, then I would use some chap stick. Good Luck.

I actually think they turn the opposite pale/white, and I'm not sure if it's because people are so used to seeing lipstick color on your lips that when you don't have any one, your lips look more pale or if it's because the ingredients in lipstick causes your lips to lose pigmentation. But I've never heard of lips turning darker/black from using lipstick and if yours do....that means you need to use another brand!

It's too late for you. Smoking has constricted the blood vessels in your lips (which makes them pink in the first place) so the blood doesn't show through your lips' thin skin. They're turning black because of tar deposits left behind from smoking (yes, cigarettes DO contain tar). Your only alternative is lipstick, because quitting won't help at all. Sorry babe, it's too late! Scrubbing will only damage your lips. Smoking has clogged the blood vessels in your lips. So the blood doesn't show through your lips' thin skin. They're turning black because of tar particals left behind from smoking. Quiting will only prevent them from getting worse. Exfoliate eat vitemin rich foods and use a chap-stick! That's all i can offer!

It's too late for you. Smoking has constricted the blood vessels in your lips (which makes them pink in the first place) so the blood doesn't show through your lips' thin skin. They're turning black because of tar deposits left behind from smoking (yes, cigarettes DO contain tar). Your only alternative is lipstick, because quitting won't help at all. However, quitting will keep them from getting any worse.My lips are black from smoking,aside from putting lipstick,how i can make it red or pink again in natural way?

i have never heard of anyone lips turning black from smoking.. i smoked for 8 years and it never happened to me...i suggest you quit smoking... try the patch it worked well for me. try exfoliating your lips.. use a good chapstick and this may sound weird but put vaseline on your lips and then use a tooth brush to loosen up any dead skin off of your lips...

my guy loves my lip gloss or lipstick when i kiss him. the other day we were in his truck and we were heading out of town and before we hit the highway, he leaned over to kiss me real quick and i had recently applied flavored pink glitter lip gloss and he said: uuummm,,,,,, my baby's lips taste good. i can taste my baby on my lips. (referring to my gloss)
he had pink glitter on his lips and he was smiling. was funny.
he never wiped it off either. we stopped shortly and got a drink at the gas station so i guess his lip smacking gloss he got from my lips, finally wore off.
I really dont like lipstick,,,nor do i like kissing with it on,,i doubt many guys find getting lipstick on there lips very appealing...i stick with lipgloss,
I this is a little off topic but I like to leave lipstick kiss marks on a guy in areas that aren't his lips. This way, he'll think about me and get excited when he sees it right before he showers.

I'm all about natural beauty. No lipstick. Maybe if we are going out but once making out starts, it has to go.
I prefer to kiss without my lipstick so I can taste the other lips better *winks*
They make lip stains that don't smear/get on anything, which makes kissing a whole lot easier, I suppose. I stick to chapstick and maybe a tiny bit of clear lipgloss, though.
