Use a Covergirl lipliner.
... Lipliner.

Line the lips and then fill them a little with it, apply the lipstick with a brush and blot. Only gloss where needed, like middle of the bottom lip or below the cupids bow. Your lipstick should stay put without any ridiculous expensive products. If you have very wrinkly lip area, you shouldn't use glossy products too much. But seriously.

Lipliner.
Liners will stop bleeding, but they're not so good with feathering.

Try using a lip conditioner on top of your lipstick. Works for me and lasts better too!
Well, first powder your lips then put on your stick. Trust me. I have done it for years.
