I dont want any shimmer or glitter in it, i want semi-matte but not so matte that it looks 'caked'-'covered-up''....
I'm medium-light-skinned, so u can imagine the lip color i have if ur kinda the same skin-tone as me..
i don't want anything too drying either..
since I my lips crack ALL THE TIME
I want it to be moisturizing too (but yet doesn't look 'glossy')
ANY Recommendations?
(PREFERABLY something under $10-$20)

Try burt's bees tinted lipgloss. I have the same complexion as you. Mac has a great selection too.WHATS A VERY NATURAL-COLOR LIPSTICK (or) CHAPSTICK?
How about just clear lipgloss (like CG Coolers). It doesn't get much more natural than that.
I use clinique's almost lipstick in black honey (nude shade) my lips stay moisturized and it adds just a hint of color to your natural lip shade (looks very natural and it's sheer not cakey) check the link
or just go to your local mall, where they have clinique counters at dillards, macy's, etc. and ask to try it on, im sure you'll like it
description: Not quite lipstick, not quite lip gloss but works like a little of each. Looks sleek, moist. Sheer non-stain shades.
You can try Bigelow Co lipshines, they're very therapeutic. Everytime I put it one...it makes me feel happy. I think it's from the peppermint oil they contain. They have several with tints. You can check them out at www.bathandbodyworks.com Oh and they are under 10 bucks!

I'm a huge fan of the Burt's Bees lip gloss. They're website is linked below.
Cover girl has a lip stick that glides on smooth, non sticky , non glossy. It has a natural sheen of light blush, medium to dark. It ONLY COMES IN 3 SHADES. Looks natural by enhancing your lip color already. The package is white and looks like a long very slim stick. Does not look like a typical lipstick tube but more of a lipliner tube. IT IS NOT lipliner though. Roughly 6-7 dollars. It used to be in a green stick, then they changed it to a white stick. It should still be on the market.
I like Cover Girl's Tru Shine lipstick. Strangely enough, when I want something with a tiny hint of color and shine, I use Bonne Bell Dr. Pepper lip gloss. It has just a tiny hint of brownish red color and looks good on just about every one.
